Gianduiotto 160 g

Gianduiotto was born from the imagination and inspired concreteness of the Turin masters of chocolate, forced to deal with the restrictions of the Napoleonic block and with the scarce availability of cocoa in Europe. They simply tried to use in the dough a product of which the territory was rich: the Hazelnut. In the carnival of 1865 the new chocolate was ready and was distributed on the streets of the city by Gianduja, the Turin mask that gave it its name.
