The Culatta is a delicatessen product of high organoleptic excellence and is made with the processing of the meat that comes from the leg of the pig, selecting only the one without bone, without flake and without stem.
The Culatta is covered in its lean part only by a layer of lard lard, while the rind covers its fat part.
A mix of salt and spices is distributed on its surface before passing a minimum of 16 months of maturation to be spent in the appropriate microclimate of our territory.
