AVAILABILITY, DELIVERY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Availability
ZABO FORM undertakes to enter the site only products actually available. If the products were not currently in stock or if the manufacturer could not guarantee delivery on time, ZABO FORM indicate the non-availability of the product.
The dispatch of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of even a partial delivery of the products available from those ordered and how to apply for a waiver under such compensation and / or compensation.
ZABO FORM will also, by law, inform the customer of a sudden non-availability of the product ordered, to agree the continuation of the order or its amendment with similar products.

ZABO FORM deliver the goods ordered by customer at the address indicated by customer on the order of purchase. ZABO FORM deliver the goods by UPS courier for the Foreign and UPS or SDA for Italy. The goal of ZABO FORM is to always preserve the product, ensuring the perfect conservation throughout the trip: for this reason is used, when necessary, dry ice as coolant. It also put great care in packing products, using polystyrene boxes that preserve the contents from temperature and shock.

ZABO FORM not export in USA, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America due to constraints dictated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in relation to imports of wine and food products throughout the U.S.

ZABO FORM ensure that products delivered will be equal to those shown and described on the site and compliance with all rules regarding the storage of goods until delivery at the place specified in the order. For all products sold that is the responsibility of the producer. Manufacturer is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information given on the packaging in the case of packaged goods. The images on this site are provided to the Client to facilitate the recognition of the products, due to changes in packaging by the manufacturer, the photos might not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
As required by current rules, customers enjoy the ZABO FORM money back guarantee with the ability to return products purchased within 10 days of receipt, except if they are products which by their nature can not be returned.
Ways to request a refund
The customer must send a letter or an e-mail to ZABO FORM within 10 days of receipt of the goods. PRICES AND DETAILS FOR PAYMENT
The prices of the products listed in different sections of this website are inclusive of VAT.
The prices charged for each sale are those listed on the site to order from the Customer and are subject to change.
The price of the goods purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, will be paid by the customer to order online, by credit card or bank transfer. The tax documentation will be issued by ZABO FORM at the time of delivery.
Payment by credit card: ZABO FORM guarantees the confidentiality of data in the system of credit cards using an SSL 128-bit, with the transmission in a secure manner.
ZABO FORM will ensure the avoidance of the order only after having received confirmation from your bank the transfer occurred or after the customer has communicated by e-mail the number of CRO issued by the bank at the time of the transfer.
